Christopher Lee?
The vampire looks a lot like Christopher Lee. It's an interesting time piece from before everyone knew what cable TV was.

The Threat From Within
Pay TV....bet it was one of those Communist plots....like putting fluoride in the drinking water. Thank god Joe McCarthy went to the drive-in and caught this.

Silly
One of the most silly things I've seen in section so far. Or maybe not.
I do like the overall look of this piece.
Where DID the uploader get this, anyway?

Monsters Do have their place
The great thing about this clip is that it does such a nice job demonizing the threat of "Pay TV" that you can apply it to almost anything you want to turn in to a "Monster." Add the ominous voice over and the off kilter art and cut out animation and you've got a classic. Show it to all your friends.
